Alvista Sterling Palms welcomes pets of all sizes! $250 non-refundable fee for pets under 50lbs. $350 non-refundable fee for pets 50lbs or over. Pet rent of $15 per pet, per month. Two pets maximum per apartment home. Other restrictions apply. Please contact our community for additional information and restrictions.
